7:30   AM    Check in at the Band room

7:40   AM    Load bus

7:50   AM    Leave Ludington

8:30    AM    Arrive and unload to the Gym

8:40    AM    Walk through the Festival Route

8:50    AM    Listen to Brethren MS

9:20    AM    Get Instruments

9:30    AM    Warm-up Room             

9:55   AM    PERFORMANCE !!!!!

10:20 AM     Sight-Read (SING BIG)            

10:50 AM     Instruments back to the Gym

11:05 AM    Ratings posted for 7th Grade

11:15 AM    Listen to Scottville MS

11:40 PM     Listen to Ludington 8th Grade

12:00 PM     Get coats, Instruments, etc.

12:05 PM     Load Bus/ Take Roll       

12:15 PM     Leave Manistee HS

12:20 PM     Arrive A&W

1:05   PM    Leave A&W

1:40   PM    Arrive at Ludington
