4th of July Parade Schedule Now Posted!

Monday July 4th Fourth of July Parade.

Should be done at Stearns park by 2:30pm



Students arrive to the band room on 4th of July to rehearse for a couple of hours. We ask students to bring a lunch and water. Students wear the LHS Marching Band summer uniform which consists of black “O” hat, orange polo, black mesh shorts, black socks and black shoes which are purchased before the Memorial Day Parade. The band plays in front of their biggest audience of the year as thousands of spectators from all over gather to watch the huge Ludington 4th of July Parade. After our portion of the parade, which is usually about 35 minutes, the students are dismissed from Stearns Park. The band room is open for the students for 30 minutes after the performance. All students at this event will be reminded about band camp dates and will be given any materials necessary for upcoming events early in the school year.
